About the role

As a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, you will be the first point of contact for English‑speaking clients, delivering friendly, professional assistance through phone, email and chat. Your goal is to ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard, valued and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly, guiding customers through product features, troubleshooting steps and service modifications.
• Update accounts, process orders and manage service changes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM platform.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or support role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Customer‑first attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
