French‑Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for fluent French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a major European airline’s modern international contact centre in Lisbon. This role offers a chance to start a career in a multicultural, multilingual environment while providing top‑class support to airline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, chat and email in French, using English as the working language.
• Provide first‑contact resolution and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately record all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work rotating shifts covering opening hours from Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluency in French and good command of English.
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection certificate (as required by the client).
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal (candidates residing in Portugal preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• No prior experience required; full paid training will be provided.
