French‑Speaking Business Analyst (Hybrid, Portugal)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a French‑speaking Business Analyst to join a key partner project in Portugal. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and offers the chance to shape business processes in an international, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and propose solutions that increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement approved solutions.
• Create detailed artefacts such as process flows, use cases and requirement specifications.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality.
