French‑Speaking AML Analyst – Lisbon

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a French‑speaking Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) Analyst to join its Lisbon team. You will work on‑site, conducting investigations that protect the firm and its clients from financial crime while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AML investigations, assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform in‑depth analysis of clients, transactions, counterparties and ownership structures to identify potential financial‑crime indicators.
• Prioritise and manage cases according to risk levels and escalation deadlines.
• Prepare clear, evidence‑based investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous‑improvement, knowledge‑sharing and process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC principles, compliance practices and banking regulations.
• Ability to conduct investigations, assess risks and identify suspicious activities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong written communication and collaboration abilities.
• Availability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
