French Travel Customer Support – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join an international, customer‑focused team that helps travellers enjoy smooth journeys. As a French‑speaking Travel Customer Support agent you will assist customers at every stage of their trip, handling bookings, changes and enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations and related requests.
• Deliver clear information about flights, accommodation, transport options and travel policies.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions, actions taken and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel products, company policies and industry developments.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the CS field.
