French Technical Support Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will provide assistance to customers via email, chat and phone, becoming an expert on our SaaS product and helping users resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support to French‑speaking customers through email, chat and phone.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users to solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge through specialist training.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the support process.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with prior support experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Empathetic and passionate about helping users.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting.
