French Technical Support Advisor

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Technical Support Advisors to join a highly secure banking and insurance project based in Guimaraes, Portugal. Depending on your background, you can work on either a General Support (Level 1) track or an Advanced IT Support (Level 2) track, offering a clear path for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Level 1 – Assist customers with banking and insurance queries, guide them through administrative processes and manage account requests.
• Level 2 – Provide advanced technical and transactional support, troubleshoot complex issues and handle transactions using French, English and IT knowledge.

Required profile

• Residence in or around Guimaraes, Portugal (no relocation package).
• Fluent/native French. For Level 1, an IT background or a second language such as German (minimum B2) is a plus. For Level 2, strong working English and prior experience in a similar support or technical role.
• Excellent communication, customer empathy, data accuracy and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Availability for the specified work schedule: Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00 (Level 1) with free weekends; Level 2 includes occasional Saturday shifts (10:00‑20:00).
