About the role

Join an international team as a French Support Specialist, providing assistance to French‑speaking customers from the comfort of your home in mainland Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to French‑speaking customers through phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account, billing and service‑related enquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and propose effective solutions.
• Guide customers through product features and platform functionalities.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or a contact centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
