French-Speaking Sales & Retention Advisor

About the role

As a French‑Speaking Sales & Retention Advisor you will join a dedicated retention team that handles inbound calls from customers who are considering cancelling their service. Your main goal is to understand their reasons, present suitable alternatives and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while identifying genuine upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Analyse the reason for cancellation and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Advise customers on products, promotions and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services when they add real value.
• Build loyalty and meet defined quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Customer‑service or call‑center experience preferred but not required.
• Clear communicator, solution‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance of €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
• Assiduity allowance €110 gross per month.
• Flex‑work allowance €60 net per month.
• Permanent contract, remote work setup and clear career progression.
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 07:00‑18:00 and weekends off.
