French-Speaking Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing international technology company in Porto. The role focuses on prospecting, building relationships and driving revenue in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calls and email outreach.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions and tailor proposals to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, SDR or BDR roles.
• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Native‑level French and professional English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
