French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in both French and English through phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
