French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will assist French‑language customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering friendly and effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
