French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international service hub in central Lisbon. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will act as a brand ambassador for leading global brands, assisting customers through phone, live chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French‑language inquiries related to account setup, order management, billing and service details.
• Troubleshoot platform or operational issues and provide clear, effective solutions using internal CRM tools.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, professional and timely communication.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex or technical cases to specialised internal teams.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1/C2) with good English proficiency (B2).
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU/EEA passport or valid residence/work permit).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
