French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, chat, and email while upholding our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
