Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance to business users via chat, phone, and email regarding digital payment tools.
• Troubleshoot system errors, transaction failures, and account access issues.
• Translate complex financial information into clear French for corporate partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve high‑tier service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in both French and English.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluency in French with B2‑level English.
• Willingness to work variable hours across a 24/7 operational calendar.
• Strong digital literacy and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
