French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a retention team for a leading European telecommunications provider. Working fully remotely from Portugal, you will handle inbound calls from customers who are considering cancelling their service and aim to turn those interactions into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Identify the reasons for churn and propose suitable alternatives.
• Upsell or cross‑sell relevant products and promotions when appropriate.
• Achieve quality, performance and loyalty targets set by the team.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (email, web browsers, office applications).

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a stable, well‑paid international role.
• Base salary of €920 gross per month plus performance bonus up to €360 gross.
