About the role

As a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering friendly and professional assistance across multiple channels. Your goal is to ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve issues promptly, aiming for a positive outcome in each interaction.
• Guide clients through product features, services and troubleshooting procedures.
• Process account updates, orders and service modifications accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a client‑facing role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and spoken English; French fluency required.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
