French-Speaking Customer Advisor – Remote (Telecom)

About the role

You will join a retention team for a telecom client, handling inbound calls from French‑speaking customers who are considering cancelling their service. Your goal is to understand their concerns, present suitable alternatives, and turn a potential churn into a satisfied experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Identify reasons for churn and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers when appropriate.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services that add genuine value.
• Achieve quality, performance, and sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable using basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance (FR+EN) €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
• Assiduity allowance €110 gross per month.
• Flex‑work allowance €60 net per month.
• Permanent contract, fully remote work.
• Monday‑Friday rotating shifts (07:00‑18:00), weekends off.
