French-speaking Content Moderator & Tech Support in Lisbon

About the role

Join a fast‑growing outsourcing partner of a world‑renowned search engine, providing French‑language technical and customer support from Lisbon. You will work remotely or onsite, helping users solve technical issues while delivering a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver French‑language support via phone, chat and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting each case.
• Assist with pre‑sales inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle escalations and follow established documentation processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and update ticketing systems in English.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Patient, proactive, team‑oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• EU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal.
