About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking B2B Hotel Customer Service Associate to join our Lisbon team. You will be the primary point of contact for French hotel partners, delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer support to French‑speaking hotel partners via telephone, email and online chat.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up‑to‑date with service offerings, tools and policies to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and solve complex partner challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and contribute insights to improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in English for internal and external communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage diverse customer interactions with patience.
