French Sales and Retention Advisor

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team where customers reach out to you. Your mission is to understand why they consider leaving, present the right solutions, and turn potential cancellations into positive experiences while identifying genuine upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French‑language calls from customers considering cancellation.
• Identify reasons for churn, propose alternatives, and build loyalty.
• Advise on products, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Achieve quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Customer service or call‑center experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented, calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable with basic computer tools.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
