French Marketing Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Marketing Optimization Specialist to advise and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our clients. You will join a fast‑growing multilingual team, working onsite alongside internal stakeholders of a leading online multinational company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise campaigns for high‑value advertising customers.
• Create keyword packs, set bids and suggest budgets.
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign levels.
• Produce reports that support optimisation strategies.
• Apply optimisation techniques across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile and YouTube.
• Identify opportunities to help sales teams engage agencies and clients.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental processes and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to account leads.
• Innovate and pinpoint areas needing operational improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in digital marketing, client service or account management.
• AdWords Search Fundamentals certification (preferred).
• Background in B2B environments and regular use of digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technologically savvy with capacity to learn and apply complex product and policy information.
• Passion for excellence and high‑quality customer service.
