About the role
We are seeking a French‑fluent IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our rapidly expanding team in Lisbon. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to internal users while ensuring high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Respond to tickets, diagnose problems and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalated issues and implement solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical assistance and support.
- Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
- Mid‑level professional (3‑6 years of experience).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
