French Customer Support Representative – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English communication skills to join our international team based in Portugal. The role is fully remote and involves providing high‑quality support for globally recognised brands, ensuring a seamless customer journey across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalised assistance via phone, email and chat, documenting each interaction in internal systems.
• Resolve post‑sales queries such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs, recommending relevant products or services and contributing to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate order and CRM records, updating customer information and processing requests efficiently.
• Provide proactive follow‑ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the support process.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1/C2) and at least B2 level English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
