French Customer Support Agent - Online Streaming Platform

About the role

A leading professional services company, which helps clients transform their business, operations and technology models for the digital era, is hiring a French-speaking customer support agent for its online streaming platform. You will work in a multicultural team in Lisbon and provide multi-channel support to users of the service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries by phone, email and chat
• Provide general and technical support
• Identify, troubleshoot, document and categorize cases and possible bugs
• Resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures, escalating complex problems when needed

Required profile

• Preferred experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre (B2C and/or B2B) with live multi-channel support (phone, chat, email)
• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to be empathetic with colleagues and customers
• Professional writing skills and good typing speed
