French Customer Service Representative – Lisbon (Relocation Support)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. The role involves delivering high‑quality assistance to customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience and supporting the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French, and occasionally in English.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker.
• Good level of English (minimum B1).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• EU passport or legal eligibility to work in Portugal.
