French Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries related to accounts, billing, services and technical issues while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Manage account, billing and service‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Provide product, service and platform guidance.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or a contact‑centre environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, customer‑focused mindset.
