French Customer Care Advisor

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team where you will handle inbound French‑language calls from customers considering cancellation. Your goal is to understand their concerns, present suitable alternatives, and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while identifying genuine upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers planning to cancel their service.
• Diagnose reasons for cancellation and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell when it adds value for the customer.
• Achieve quality, performance, and target metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented, calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
