French Customer Advisor (Braga and Aveiro, Portugal)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French Customer Advisor based in Lisbon, covering the Braga and Aveiro area in Portugal. You will support clients through the after-sales process by handling their questions and requests, and you will benefit from a fast-growing company with internal career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering questions about reservations and handling potential requests
• Manage the post-sale when necessary

Required profile

• Native or proficient French (C2) and fluent English (at least B2)
• Excellent communication skills, with empathy and a team spirit
• Previous experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
• For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory
