French Content Moderator

About the role

Accenture’s Trust & Safety team is looking for a French Content Moderator to help keep online platforms safe and improve the quality of user‑generated content. You will review a variety of media, including profiles, audio, video and text, while supporting the well‑being of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content according to client guidelines using dedicated tools and channels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve and forward complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions to enhance performance.
• Handle socially sensitive topics to maintain safe online environments.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong emotional resilience, stress‑management and coping skills.
• Objective decision‑making without personal bias.
• High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Critical thinking and solid decision‑making abilities.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and awareness of political/social contexts in the supported market.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexible shift availability.
