French Content Moderator – Content Moderation (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Content Moderator to join our client’s team in Lisbon. You will review user‑generated videos and posts on a leading short‑video social media platform, ensuring they comply with community guidelines and removing any prohibited or harmful material.

Key responsibilities

• Examine and moderate user‑generated content, including videos, captions and comments.
• Identify and flag content that violates policies, such as violent, graphic or otherwise sensitive material.
• Apply community guidelines consistently and document moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• EU citizenship, valid work permit, or refugee protection certificate.
• Customer‑service mindset; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Excellent written communication in French and English.
