Freelance Technical Events & Production Manager – Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Technical Events & Production Manager to lead the technical setup, coordination and live delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare events across virtual, hybrid and face‑to‑face formats. The role works closely with pharma clients, production partners and speakers to ensure seamless execution from planning through live broadcast.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for webinars, virtual conferences and hybrid events.
• Manage event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ON24, Webex, Hopin, Cvent) and streaming infrastructure.
• Coordinate speaker rehearsals, run‑throughs and live show management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during live events.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all content meets pharmaceutical regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering virtual, hybrid and live events in regulated pharma or healthcare environments.
• Strong technical production background and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly integrate into existing client systems and workflows.
