About the role

CapsLock is seeking a Freelance Corporate English Teacher to provide high‑quality business English training for its corporate professionals. This flexible, hour‑based freelance role allows you to adjust your workload according to your availability and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver structured business English lessons, creating custom materials and activities for adult learners.
• Track learner progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to support professional development.
• Apply modern assessment methods such as oral evaluations, formative assessments and self‑assessment frameworks.
• Foster an engaging, immersive learning environment that motivates participants to improve their communication skills.
• Promote high standards of English proficiency as the common language for cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English Literature or a valid teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
• Native or near‑native English fluency with a clear North American accent.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in corporate English teaching, business language training or professional coaching.
• Strong knowledge of adult language acquisition trends and communicative teaching methodologies.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a high sense of ownership and work ethic.
