Free 2-Day B2B Sales Bootcamp – Hire as Sales Consultant

About the role

Stark & Partners is running Portugal's first sales bootcamp that directly leads to employment as a B2B Sales Consultant. The two‑day, free event in Leiria combines intensive training with on‑the‑spot hiring by partner companies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on workshops covering prospecting, outreach, discovery and cold‑calling.
• Compete in team sales challenges judged by hiring companies.
• Engage in company speed‑dating sessions and network with CEOs, founders and C‑level executives.
• If selected, start working on real sales calls and deals from day one under the guidance of senior sales leaders.

Required profile

• Final‑year master’s students, recent graduates or career switchers willing to work full‑time.
• No prior sales experience required; curiosity, resilience and openness to feedback are essential.
• Comfortable speaking English and able to attend both days of the bootcamp.
