Framing & Drywall Foreman – Construction Site in Aguadilla, PR

About the role

RQ Construction is seeking a Framing & Drywall Foreman to join its self‑perform team on large industrial projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The foreman will lead the layout, installation, and quality control of framing and drywall systems while supervising a crew of installers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute framing and drywall layouts for medium to large projects.
• Supervise and coordinate a crew of framers and drywall installers.
• Ensure work is completed within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Operate and maintain appropriate equipment safely.
• Implement and enforce safety practices, including OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS standards.
• Manage material ordering, scheduling, and field documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Framing/Drywall Foreman on medium or large projects.
• 5+ years of field or trade work in construction, preferably drywall.
• Experience in government, military, or large commercial construction is a plus.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Spanish‑English bilingual skills preferred.
