Food Service Manager

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Food Service Manager to drive new business development and manage food‑service channel strategies for chain accounts and Food Safety distributors. The role reports to the Domestic Sales Director and includes responsibility for volume, profit, and partnership management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational plans with key accounts to grow volume for Nutella, Ferrero Mainstream Chocolate and other brands.
• Manage partner relationships with food‑service operators and provide monthly business updates to Ferrero HQ.
• Own forecasting in collaboration with demand planners to cover promotional uplifts.
• Negotiate with distributors to ensure usage aligns with global Ferrero FS guidelines and promotional offers.
• Oversee creation of promotional material, display design, leaflets and recipe solutions with the Marketing team.
• Prepare category and business reviews for key customers at least twice a year.
• Manage trade promotion budgets, rebates and reporting, ensuring alignment with the operational plan.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Experience in food safety is a plus.
