Food & Beverage Attendant – Fine Dining

About the role

Join the Levant Restaurant team, a Mediterranean‑inspired fine‑dining venue curated by Chef Michael White. As an F&B Attendant you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable gastronomic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to restaurant standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, handle receipts and secure bank deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the service area, tables, chairs, and tabletop before opening.
• Secure and manage liquor, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Perform closing duties, including replenishment communication and equipment checks.
• Answer guest menu questions knowledgeably and concisely.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑oriented with previous experience as an attendant or similar role in a fine‑dining setting.
• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively and work quickly under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
