Fleet Administrative Support

About the role

Join Vestas' Fleet Management department to coordinate vehicle fleet operations across the MED region, supporting internal customers and driving sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet demands from internal customers, ensuring on‑time delivery while meeting quality and safety standards for each country.
• Act as Service Account Manager for fleet suppliers, handling selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting.
• Analyze cost structures, spending patterns and macro‑economic impacts to support decision‑making.
• Lead continuous‑improvement programs with internal teams and suppliers, focusing on safety, cost reduction, supplier optimisation and process standardisation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in fleet management.
• High school diploma or equivalent (university degree preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in multinational environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
