FinCrime Analyst - Night Shift

About the role
Deblock is hiring a junior FinCrime Analyst for its first line of defence in Porto, on night shift. The role reviews and investigates fraud cases, escalates unusual activity to internal experts and keeps customers satisfied within a safe, secure and compliant environment. Night shifts rotate between 10pm and 6am.
Key responsibilities
- Review, investigate and decide on the outcome of fraud cases
- Escalate unusual activity to internal experts
- Act in accordance with written policies, procedures and guidelines
- Cooperate with other teams to provide efficient support and maintain customer satisfaction
Required profile
- Night shift availability; shifts rotate 5 days a week, 24/7/365
- Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime is valued
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and in a team, and in rotational shifts
