FinCrime Analyst (English & French)

About the role

The External Enquiry Operations team protects Revolut customers by detecting and investigating financial crime risks. You will work closely with the Compliance and Legal teams to safeguard funds and ensure robust protection against illicit activity, including night and weekend shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs.
• Ensure all legal requests are completed within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to prepare documentation for third‑party requests.
• Conduct fraud‑related investigations using analytical tools and generate reports on suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C2).
• At least 2 years of FinCrime experience or 1+ year dealing with external law enforcement.
• Experience with investigative methodologies and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of court orders, DPA, POCA, and preparing witness statements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
