Financial Operations Support

About the role

As a Financial Operations Support specialist you will ensure financial accuracy, optimise licensing operations and streamline reporting for Airbus' Cybersecurity Product & Service Lines. You will act as the strategic link between product managers, line leaders and central finance, translating operational inputs into reliable financial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers and PSL leaders.
• Combine operational data with financial figures to produce robust forecasts.
• Lead the monthly financial closing analysis for Cybersecurity PSLs.
• Support central financial controlling during organisational changes.
• Oversee licence planning, identify discrepancies and adjust road‑maps.
• Deliver weekly reports on subcontracting status and goods receipts.
• Own the end‑to‑end CapEx request workflow, managing submissions, approvals and follow‑ups.
• Identify bottlenecks, design new processes and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Team player with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Continuous‑improvement attitude and excellent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Data Studio for reporting.
