- Act as the operational link between Sales, Finance, Contracting and Systems teams, taking part in pipeline calls or meetings as needed.
- Maintain documentation, trackers and shared repositories so data is accurate and audit-ready.
- Escalate process gaps and data quality issues, and support process improvements, standardization and automation.
- Comply with internal controls, segregation of duties and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Finance Operations or Customer Support.

- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to handle moderate transaction volumes under tight deadlines such as month-end and quarter-end close.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Preferred: SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), PSA or similar CRM/ERP systems, and exposure to Order-to-Cash, billing or contract administration
