Financial Controller – Holdings (TDDI)

About the role

Join Sodexo Business Services as a Financial Controller for the Holdings portfolio. You will work across multiple hubs and the parent company, providing financial oversight and strategic insight to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings, reporting, variance analysis and annual planning.
• Provide financial insights and performance analysis for decision‑making.
• Partner with Activity Leaders, Project Managers and Budget Owners throughout project lifecycles.
• Support project budgeting, financial tracking and delivery performance.
• Manage recharge models and ensure accurate cost allocation across regions and business units.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX projects in line with financial policies.
• Support resource allocation decisions through cost analysis and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Promote finance as a strategic business partner.

Required profile

• Background in Finance and Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A, with exposure to IT budgets and cost management.
• Strong experience in financial cycles (monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting) and performance tracking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ITFM tools (preferred).
