Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner to join a dedicated business area of an international organization. In this position you will partner with business units, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver financial analysis that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Analyze profitability across business dimensions.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies.
• Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, cost‑control principles and IFRS.
• Understanding of complex reporting structures and accounting principles.
• Strong business understanding, curiosity, creativity and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of CCH Tagetik.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards.
