Financial Controller – Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner to support a dedicated business area within an international organisation. You will partner with the business, drive budgeting and forecasting, perform profitability analysis and provide insights that enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast).
• Analyze profitability across business dimensions.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies.
• Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, cost‑control principles and complex reporting structures.
• Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
• High level of ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CCH Tagetik (strong advantage).
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
