About the role

PenFed is seeking a Financial Center Manager to lead its Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico branch. The manager will oversee daily operations, drive a member‑centric culture, and ensure the financial center delivers exceptional service that improves members' financial lives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations, performance management, goal achievement, and teammate development.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members, community partners, and internal teams.
• Identify member solutions, resolve problems independently or with support, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Interpret performance data, find improvement opportunities, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Maintain deep knowledge of PenFed products, policies, and procedures to assist with complex member needs.
• Network within the local community, military installations, and affiliated partners to grow brand awareness.
• Provide support to other financial centers, including weekend or extended‑hour work as needed.
• If a Notary Public, deliver notary services in compliance with state regulations.
