Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join Popular’s finance team in San Juan. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on consolidating and analyzing financial data to support corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, reports and presentations.
• Create and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate recording.
• Assist in budget development and other corporate financial planning activities.
• Gather, analyze and summarize data to provide recommendations on financial plans, acquisitions, new business initiatives, government requirements and operating forecasts.
• Establish and maintain databases for future planning and forecasting.
• Identify market and competitive trends and present findings to management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum three years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
