Financial AI Consultant

About the role

The Financial AI Consultant will help clients modernize finance operations by designing, piloting, and implementing AI‑driven solutions. This position blends strategic advisory, business transformation, and technology enablement to improve efficiency and support data‑driven decision‑making across finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate, design, and implement AI‑enabled finance transformation initiatives.
• Support automation, analytics, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting enhancements.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to capture business and operational requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify inefficiencies and AI use‑case opportunities.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, implementation plans, and product backlogs.
• Work with technical teams, developers, and data analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and client deliverables.
• Participate in proofs of concept, process automation projects, and digital transformation efforts.
• Support project management activities, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in finance transformation, automation, analytics, or AI initiatives.
• Experience delivering client‑facing projects, workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to generative AI technologies and modern cloud environments is preferred.
