Finance Trainee Program – International Graduate Role

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, forecasts and variance reports.
• Support budgeting, business planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving business goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year experience in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or other languages are a plus.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international setting.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
