Finance Supervisor – Hotel

About the role

Join the hospitality team as a Finance Supervisor, where you will support the hotel’s financial operations and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You will oversee core accounting functions, ensure compliance with Hilton policies, and contribute to the smooth financial running of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, preparing balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Review general ledger activity, assist with journal entries, accruals, and prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining compliance with Hilton internal controls.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate invoice processing, coding, approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
• Assist purchasing, receiving, and storeroom operations, matching purchase orders, requisitions, receiving records, and invoices.
• Monitor inventory controls, support monthly counts, and investigate pricing or quantity variances.
• Address accounting inquiries, resolve disputes, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor accounting clerk team members.

Required profile

• Experience supervising accounting staff and coordinating finance activities.
• Ability to work with internal and external auditors and adhere to corporate policies.
• Strong attention to detail for reconciliations, invoice processing, and inventory control.
